Job Title: Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst - Epic Certified

Location: Jackson, MS (Remote with occasional in-person visits, possibly twice a month)

Contract: Long Term

Job Description:

Provide support to Revenue Cycle and Epic teams through the following responsibilities:

1. Review current PB, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Beaker Epic build for revenue cycle optimization.
2. Assist Revenue Cycle Director with improving work queue functionality.
3. Assist with creating reporting and dashboards in Epic.
4. Support ticket management with Epic Community Connect host sites.
5. Help improve Epic and clearinghouse functionalities.
6. Assist in creating end-user training materials.

Qualifications:

• Epic PB certification(s)
• RHIA/RHIT/CPC certification
• Experience in revenue cycle reporting, build, logic, claims adjudication, data analysis, and training
• Knowledge of clearinghouse processes

Preferred Experience:

• Public health, community health, physician clinics, FQHCs, RHC revenue cycle experience
• Mississippi healthcare industry experience
