ProMedica is seeking an EPIC Resolute Professional Billing Analyst to design, implement, maintain and support Epic software applications across departments. The role includes mentoring IT EMR staff, planning upgrades, and training end-users. A 90-day target for Epic certification is required, with ongoing maintenance of certifications.

You will work with operational teams across ProMedica and serve as a mentor for less experienced IT EMR staff.You will plan implementation and upgrade clinical systems ensuring adequate testing, quality assurance and documentation of changes.You will train IT employees and advise end-users in the operation of their information system and support the training team by keeping trainers informed of new functions and system changes.The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
