We are seeking an Epic Referrals Analyst to support the Patient Access Project. This resource will be responsible for building and maintaining referral workflows to ensure smooth provider-to-provider and internal/external referral processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Epic Referrals workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to capture referral requirements.
• Ensure integration with Cadence scheduling and MyChart patient-facing workflows.
• Troubleshoot referral build issues and resolve errors.
• Support end-user testing and training.
