Job summary

accel bi corporation seeks an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Program Director to lead end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle operations in North Carolina. You will drive transformation, reimbursement optimization, compliance, and financial performance across patient access, HIM, coding, billing, A/R, denials management, and analytics.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in enterprise revenue cycle, Epic RCM certification or equivalent, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in enterprise healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Experience directing managers and large multi-disciplinary revenue cycle teams.
Proven ability to develop and execute revenue cycle strategies that align with finance & compliance.
Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience driving process improvement, automation, analytics and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle operations and strategic direction.
Oversee patient access, HIM, coding, billing, A/R, denials, payer relations, collections and compliance.
Collaborate with executives, finance, operations, IT and payer partners on transformation initiatives.
Drive KPI monitoring, performance management and technology optimization.
