Position Overview

accel bi corporation is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Program Director to lead and provide strategic direction for end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in revenue cycle transformation, reimbursement optimization, compliance, financial performance management, and large-scale healthcare operations.

The successful candidate will oversee revenue cycle functions including patient access, health information management, coding, billing, accounts receivable, denials management, payer relations, collections, compliance, reporting, analytics, and technology optimization initiatives.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring collaboration with executive stakeholders, finance teams, operations leadership, compliance organizations, IT teams, and healthcare payer partners.
