Qualifications

• 2 years of Clinical or Business Applications and Systems experience (design, build, integration, activation, or support).
• Strong understanding of Professional Billing (PB) workflows within Epic environment; experience with optimization and upgrades preferred.
• Epic certifications or experience related to PB Claims or Charge Router preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 customer support for Epic PB applications.
• Analyze requirements and translate business needs into effective Epic solutions with IT and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Support and optimize PB workflows: charge capture, claims processing, payment posting, accounts receivable and follow-up.
• Test updates, upgrades, and vendor functionality to ensure system reliability and workflow performance.
