Description

Epic Professional Billing Resolute Analyst

We are seeking a well-rounded Epic PB Resolute analyst with hands-on experience in supporting Billing and Charging, including Benefit Engine.

Responsibilities

• Support Billing and Charging processes, including Benefit Engine
• Work directly with end users, understanding needs or issues, performing in-depth analysis and testing, participating in QA and validation
• Collaborate with other IT application analysts across various Epic application areas
• Follow communication, audit controls, procedures, and QA related to data courier and implementation activities
• Complete user requests through ticket management, prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and participate in on-call rotation
• Assist in data integration and system upgrade activities

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Epic Professional Billing, especially Resolute
• Hands-on experience with Billing and Charging, including Benefit Engine
• Experience working with end users and performing analysis, testing, and validation
• Ability to collaborate with IT teams and follow procedures for data and system changes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.
