Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Epic Principal Trainer certification required with new hires having 45 days to complete Epic certification.
• Minimum of two years of electronic health record (EHR) systems analysis, design, build and support experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops role-based training content and materials for Epic applications.
• Maintains training documents and procedures; updates curriculum as needed.
• Learns new content and collaborates with SMEs to develop training materials.
• Builds and tests training environments and provides support for issues.
• Co-facilitates classroom instruction and assists with exercises.
• Prepares training sessions, prints materials, and sets up the training room.
• Delivers post go-live education and follow-up support.
