Responsibilities

• Lead Epic EHR and PM system implementations.
• Coordinate and oversee Epic application support.
• Serve as primary super user for Epic software.
• Provide guidance for Epic EHR and third-party implementations at SVHMC/SVHC.
• Maintain staffing, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Oversee project discovery, build, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with SVH IT on system upgrades and training curriculum.
• Support data analysis and population health initiatives.
