FAN EXPO HQ seeks an experienced Event Content Producer to shape programming for pop-culture shows across the U.S. and Canada. You will manage show portfolios, build industry partnerships, and work with Show Management, Operations, Marketing, and Content Producers to deliver engaging on-site content.

You’ll focus on live programming while collaborating with the Marketing team on digital content. The role requires travel to some events and a passion for fan communities and creative live

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years of experience in comic conventions, live events, entertainment, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge and interest in pop-culture genres (comics, anime, horror, gaming, cosplay, sci‑fi).
• College or university degree in communications, media, arts, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities during show prep.
• Clear, proactive written and verbal communication with internal teams, partners, and exhibitors.

Aufgaben

• Manage assigned shows from planning through on-site execution with Senior Manager oversight.
• Research and develop engaging programming across pop-culture genres.
• Build and maintain programming schedules, assign rooms, document operational requirements, coordinate move-ins.
• Identify and pursue partnerships to strengthen programming and on-site activations.
• Serve as primary contact for partners and exhibitors to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate sponsor or client programming commitments with Sales and internal stakeholders.
• Provide updates to Content Producers and cross-functional micro-team on issues and solutions.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration to support strong execution and morale.
