Job summary

Bell Bank seeks an organizationally skilled support specialist to work with agency account managers and advisors in Epic. You will enter and maintain policy data, process online carrier documents, and prepare IDs, certificates, and binders while adhering to workflows and security standards.

You will communicate with carriers, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records, aiming for exceptional customer service and compliance with Bell Bank policies.

Qualifications

• Experience entering and maintaining policy information in Epic.
• Maintain client activity and suspense items in Epic.
• Backup for assigning downloaded policies into Epic.
• Online carrier general processing.
• Prepare auto ID cards, certificates, evidence of property, and insurance binders.
• Communicate with insurance carriers as needed.
• Follow agency workflows and Bell Bank policies.
• Obtain and maintain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain policy information in Epic for client servicing and documentation.
• Maintain all client activity and suspense items in Epic.
• Process online carrier documents and general processing tasks.
• Prepare auto ID cards, certificates, and insurance binders.
• Communicate with carriers as needed and keep records up to date.
• Prioritize workload and seek guidance when needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and security standards.
