Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking an Application Analyst III/Trainer for Epic Professional Billing. The role bridges vendors, end users, and the IT team to tailor Epic PB to organizational needs and ensure ongoing certification maintenance.

It requires strong communication, project management skills, and healthcare IT experience. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting complex Epic PB implementations and maintenance across the Revenue

Qualifications

• Epic PB Certification required and maintained with ongoing training.
• 3–4 years of experience developing, implementing, operating, or maintaining information systems in a healthcare delivery setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between vendors, end users and team members.
• Conduct regular day-to-day communications with internal teams, vendors, and clinicians to tailor systems.
• Analyze workflows, data collection, and report details to support Epic PB implementations and maintenance.
• Coordinate efforts and provide status updates to end users and stakeholders.
