Responsibilities

• Support patient access activities including scheduling, pre-registration, referrals, authorizations, financial clearance, and patient registration.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, TPL, Medi-Cal/Medicare, and Workers Comp.
• Determine patient responsibility, provide estimates, and collect co-pays/deductibles.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate patient information.
