Job summary

First Roles is seeking an Epic Patient Access Analyst in Minneapolis, MN (Remote). The role focuses on Cadence/Prelude configuration, upgrades, and cross-team collaboration to ensure project milestones are met. Work may be CST-based with some remote flexibility.

The candidate will support workflow analysis, training development, and incident management during go-lives and upgrades, partnering with Patient Access teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active/current certification in Epic Cadence, Referrals, RTE and Prelude.
• 4+ years healthcare experience.
• 4+ years of Direct client healthcare domain knowledge (Hello World, Welcome, E-Signature, RTE).
• 4+ years SME in relevant applications.
• 4+ years knowledge of revenue cycle metrics, KPIs, and related process improvements.
• 2+ years Epic Experience with direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Configure Epic Cadence/Prelude changes and builds per industry/client standards.
• Translate user requirements into functional/technical design specs and review with client.
• Mentor/SME to local and client-based teams.
• Participate in Epic upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements (design/build/test).
• Support design/validation sessions with documentation and escalation.
• Act as liaison between Operations, IT and Third-Party Systems.
• Provide incident support and go-live assistance for Epic applications.
• Develop and maintain training curriculum with trainers.
• Develop in-depth analysis of workflows, data, reports and technical issues.
