Nordic Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Epic Optime/Anesthesia Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for complex clients. The role emphasizes strong technical and soft skills, with oversight by Senior Application Advisors.

You will handle advanced troubleshooting, system analysis, and project management tasks while maintaining SLAs and contributing to team growth and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8+ years of industry experience.
• Active Epic Optime and/or Anesthesia Certification.
• 1–5+ years of direct experience with implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ITIL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure the integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for Nordic’s complex customers.
• Analyze workflows, system setup, and audits; participate in upgrades and testing.
• Manage multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight and maintain open issues in ticketing systems.
• Document requests and incidents accurately to meet SLAs; follow change control for migrations.
