12+ months contract

Pay Rate: Market/DOE/Negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day EPIC operations, provide triaging and incident resolution. Interface with Epic & Rackspace technical support services.
• Manage Member Eligibility Loads into Epic. Maintain Claims and Provider data loads.
• Analyze and resolve provider onboarding issues.
• Work on EPIC interfaces and data exchange issues, including API and SFTP data exchange.
• Maintain and load de-identified test membership data into HEPPI following Humana enterprise standards.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of EPIC operations support experience.
• Excellent communication skills—working with both business partners and the provider community.
• Strong analytical skills.
