Position: EPIC Ops Support Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Duties:

• Carry out day-to-day EPIC operations, provide triaging and incident resolution. Interface with Epic & Rackspace technical support services.
• Manage Member Eligibility Loads into Epic. Maintain Claims and Provider data loads.
• Analyze and resolve provider onboarding issues.
• Work on EPIC interfaces and data exchange issues, including API and SFTP data exchange.
• Maintain and load de-identified test membership data into HEPPI per Humana standards.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of EPIC operations support experience
• Experience with Epic Bridges, Epic Chronicles, and Epic Workbench Reporting
• Excellent communication skills for working with business partners and providers
• Strong analytical skills
• SQL skills

Desired Skills:

• EPIC certification
• Experience with Epic Payer Platform
• Knowledge of Epic Tapestry
