Job summary

Nicklaus Children's seeks an Epic Non-Clinical Analyst IV to manage configuration changes across Scheduling, Registration, Charges and Health Information Management, translating user needs into functional designs and leading small to mid-size upgrade initiatives.

You will mentor team members, provide on-site go-live support, perform workflow analyses, and drive data quality, governance and implementation best practices within a pediatric health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related major.
• Epic non-clinical certifications in 2 modules.
• 4-7 years of experience with implementations for large organizations.
• 4-7 years of experience in change management processes for the success of IT projects.
• 5 years of direct experience in healthcare information systems development, implementation, and supporting clinical application systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains patient access related configuration changes and builds to standards.
• Translates user requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Mentors local and client teams.
• Leads Epic software upgrade initiatives or workflow enhancements.
• Provides on-site go-live and upgrade support.
• Performs analysis of workflows, data, and reports in Epic software.
• Owns projects from inception to delivery.
• Supports governance, data definitions, policies and data quality.
• Sets processes and influences technology frameworks.
