Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking an IT Systems Analyst for the West Campus IT Epic Implementation team in Springfield, MO. The role focuses on designing, testing, implementing, and supporting clinical IT applications to ensure reliability of systems used across departments.

The position requires 2 years of healthcare IT experience (or related degree) and an Associate degree or equivalent. On-site day shift with standard 40-hour weeks and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows or IT support, or an related degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, implement, and troubleshoot IT applications to ensure availability and reliability of clinical systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify and resolve technical issues.
• Provide end-user technical support and assist other IT teams with complex problems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and improve clinical systems.
