Job summary

Phelps Health is seeking an Interface Systems Analyst to manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of software interfaces across our hospital system.

You will liaise between departments and vendors, troubleshoot interfaces, and support Epic-related interfaces. The role requires healthcare analytics experience and an Epic Bridges certification, with an emphasis on data integrity and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline is required.
• Two years of System Analysis experience in a healthcare setting are required; leadership/pm experience preferred.
• Epic Bridges Certification is listed as a certification/licensure requirement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain interface functions under the Applications and Interface Manager.
• Collaborate with end users, vendors, and the Epic team to resolve interface issues.
• Assist with integration, testing, and upgrades of applications and interfaces.
• Document requirements, timelines, and status for multiple interfaces and projects.
