Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of AR/Billing experience required.
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Billing & Accounts Receivable preferred.
• Experience working with EPIC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Utilize the Epic Hospital Billing System to monitor accounts.
• Contact insurance carriers to resolve payment issues.
• Document all actions in EPIC account notes.
• Process paper claims with proper documentation.
• Identify claim-edit problems and resubmit claims.
