Job summary

The University of Miami Health System seeks a full-time Epic HB Analyst to support the Hospital Billing module. You will work with stakeholders and end-users to configure, test, and resolve issues, while maintaining documentation and training materials.

You will collaborate with revenue cycle teams, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure compliance with billing standards. Epic HB certification is required and additional Epic certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as an Epic HB Analyst in healthcare.
• Epic HB certification required; additional Epic certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospital billing workflows and revenue cycle.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and project management.
• Ability to lead, train, and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a support contact for end users and resolve issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain the Epic HB application.
• Lead testing activities and document workflow design.
• Analyze IT impacts on clinical work processes and workflows.
• Provide day-to-day application support and handle service tickets.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle teams on workflow optimization.
• Participate in on-call rotations and team meetings.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and training.
