Job summary

Xtensys is seeking an experienced Epic Hospital Billing SBO Analyst to support multi-user clinical and financial applications, installations, configurations, training, and ongoing maintenance. The role requires project planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

Minimum 3 years in technology or healthcare, Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration certification, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work well in a team with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
Comprehensive understanding of application support.
Ability to serve as a primary resource for at least 1 application module.

Responsibilities

Provide intermediate system-level support for Epic Hospital Billing SBO and related applications.
Lead and participate in project planning sessions, establishing goals and milestones.
Promote excellent customer service and training across departments.
Collaborate with Xtensys staff, clinical and operational teams to achieve project goals.
Project management: plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects with varying complexity.
