Base pay range

$95.00/hr - $108.00/hr

Scope of Work:
  • Support the current backlog of work and FTE vacancy on the HB/Claims Team.
  • Day-to-Day ticket resolution
  • Collaborate with Operational owners and prioritize workload
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
  • Day to day collaboration with Billing Teams.
  • Collaborate, prioritize and mentor HIT support staff on pending and complex issues.
OUTLINE the BUSINESS NEED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT:
  • This request is for a current contractor who was involved in an accident and cannot return to work.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Epic Hospital Billing Certification.
  • Epic Hospital Billing Claims Certification.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Statements, DNB's, CLient Billing, Correctional Health.
  • Ability to assess complex claims logic and work with 3rd party clearinghouse Experian.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 years support production support in an Epic Hospital Billing environment.
