University of Miami Health System IT Department is seeking a full-time Epic HB Analyst to support the Hospital Billing module and optimize revenue cycle workflows.

The role requires Epic HB certification, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, participate in testing, and provide go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Epic HB Analyst in a healthcare setting.
• Epic HB certification required; additional Epic certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serves as a support contact for application end-users.
• Identifies issues and works to resolve them.
• Designs, develops, implements, and maintains the Epic HB application.
• Supports all phases of testing and documents workflow design.
• Performs analysis of IT in clinical work processes and validates workflow impacts.
• Provides day-to-day application support and resolves service tickets.
