Qualifications

• This role requires 3-5 years of Epic HL7 laboratory implementation experience.
• 3-5 years in a laboratory customer connectivity role is preferred.
• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• Solid grasp of client connectivity concepts and processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem resolution, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with general connectivity support and resolution procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical design documents to build and implement integration solutions.
• Certify new vendors, products, and functionality against requirements.
• Implement, document, and test interface projects including beta versions and production changes.
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex production issues by monitoring and resolving integration problems.
• Participate in innovation activities and support emerging technologies like FHIR and HL7 LRI.
• Set up, support, and maintain HUB interfaces while complying with company standards.
