• Epic Healthy Planet implementation, support, or optimization experience.
• Epic Healthy Planet certification and/or Compass Rose certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of population health management, value-based care, and community-based programs.
• Experience participating in Epic implementation projects; overseas or international implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clinicians, business users, leadership, and technical teams.

CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to support population health initiatives and community-based care programs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Epic Healthy Planet expertise, experience supporting implementation and optimization efforts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. Experience with international or overseas Epic implementations is highly preferred due to the nature of this work.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $72.00/hr to $82.00/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
