Job summary

CTG is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Applications Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance enterprise laboratory information systems across a complex multi-site healthcare environment. This role will serve as a technical and functional expert for Epic Beaker AP and CP applications, laboratory interfaces, middleware solutions, and instrument integrations.

Candidates with Data Innovations experience and the ability to work directly with lab devices are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Data Innovations is required.
• Local candidates able to work directly with laboratory devices are strongly preferred.
• Prior reference laboratory experience is highly desirable.
• Epic experience is not required but is considered a plus.

Job description

CTG is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Applications Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance enterprise laboratory information systems across a complex multi-site healthcare environment. This role will serve as a technical and functional expert for Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Clinical Pathology (CP) applications, laboratory interfaces, middleware solutions, and instrument integrations.

Experience with Data Innovations is required. Candidates who are local and able to work directly with physical laboratory devices are strongly preferred. Prior reference laboratory experience is highly desirable. Epic experience is not required but is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Epic Beaker Application Support & Development

• Configure, build, implement, and maintain Epic Beaker AP and CP applications.
• Support laboratory workflows across multiple hospitals, laboratories, and outpatient locations.
• Support specimen collection, processing, result reporting, pathology workflows, and laboratory operations.
• Analyze business and clinical requirements and translate them into system designs and technical solutions.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
