Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager with a focus on Epic to support a healthcare organization’s enterprise clinical systems and long-term Epic initiatives in a hybrid role in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will lead multiple Epic projects, drive clinical documentation strategy, and collaborate with clinicians, revenue cycle teams, and analysts to define scope and delivery plans.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project/program management within healthcare IT or Epic environments.
Strong experience with Epic, particularly across clinical documentation and/or procedural documentation modules.
Proven ability to work with providers, clinical stakeholders, and revenue cycle teams in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple concurrent Epic projects, focusing on clinical and procedural documentation workflows.
Partner with clinical stakeholders, providers, revenue cycle teams, and analysts to define scope, requirements and delivery plans.
Oversee project lifecycle from inception through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation success and onboarding into a growing program.
