Qualifications

• Broad, hands-on experience with Epic HB and Claims configuration, build, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle workflows, billing processes, and claims management.
• Experience supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving billing-related defects.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic system solutions.
• Experience in large healthcare systems or academic medical centers preferred.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
