Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or Healthcare related field or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in IT dealing with vendor application implementations and support.
• Experience in testing software application.
• Ability to effectively support applications.
• Independently motivated to seek knowledge through self-education and mentoring.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation as determined by manager.

Responsibilities

• Meet with end users to review workflows for enhancements or system changes.
• Evaluate, test, and implement defect patches, upgrades and releases.
• Recommend business process and technology enhancements based on upgrades.
• Analyze and resolve simple to moderate issues.
• Produce well-written professional and technical documentation.
• Independently manage own work effort and monitor a work plan.
• Adhere to change management standards and SLAs.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to shared goals.
