Job summary

Central Health seeks an Epic Project Manager to oversee Epic-related projects and third-party vendor integrations, ensuring successful maintenance of the EHR system. The role collaborates with Epic teams, BI, and clinical leadership to drive optimizations and feature reviews during upgrades.

As part of the Epic PMO, you will develop schedules, control scope, monitor budgets, and mitigate risks, while aligning with Central Health's mission and project governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years Epic/IT project management with a bachelor's degree or 1 year with a master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic project plans and coordinate work plans for Epic initiatives.
• Coordinate workgroups and manage day-to-day project operations.
• Define scope, goals, timelines and deliverables with teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Maintain risk registers, change logs, and meeting notes.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Epic teams and stakeholders.
