Job summary

Huron's Healthcare Transformation Services seeks a Senior Consultant to join our Chicago team. You will manage production support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and work with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to improve application stability and performance.

Experience with Epic applications and upgrades is preferred; you will help plan, test, validate, and provide post-upgrade support while balancing daily support with strategic optimization projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and resolving production support tickets, including break-fix issues, troubleshooting, and user support requests.
• Proven ability to prioritize and work through ticket backlogs while maintaining service levels and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Experience identifying and implementing system enhancements and workflow optimizations to improve application performance and user experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex issues.
• Experience collaborating with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to support application stability and ongoing improvements.
