Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading, supporting, configuring, implementing, or optimizing Epic EHR applications in a large healthcare environment.
• Active Epic certification in the relevant application area, as applicable to assigned responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex application requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective application solutions.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentor application analysts, coordinate team activities, and drive accountability for deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of Epic application configuration, clinical and operational workflows, testing, change management, release management, and production support.
• Open to travelling up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of the organization’s Epic EHR applications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and translate clinical and business requirements into scalable solutions; collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure secure, reliable EHR operations.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to application analysts; manage deliverables and coordinating resources to meet milestones and deadlines.
