Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an EHR Application Analyst, Epic Application Analyst, Clinical Systems Analyst, or in a similar healthcare IT role supporting EHR implementation, optimization, and system support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical escalation resource for the most complex system issues, errors, and configuration, applying expert-level troubleshooting to drive resolution with minimal disruption to patient care.
• Coordinate and lead testing and validation activities for system changes, enhancements, and upgrades, following established change management processes.
• Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance activities including software updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring stability and security standards are met.
• Take on light project management responsibilities for defined initiatives, including maintaining project plans and coordinating timelines across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—IT, clinicians, administrators, and vendors—to support EHR initiatives and facilitate effective communication.
