Job summary

Loma Linda University Health is seeking an EHR Application Specialist 3 to design, build, test, validate, and maintain mission critical EHR applications. The role requires independent client interaction, strong problem solving, and collaboration across LLUMC and LLUCH hospitals.

A bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/healthcare and at least four years in healthcare IT are required, with Epic experience preferred. Certification in Epic or related systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, or a related field required.
• Minimum four years of experience in healthcare, information technology or a related field required.
• Minimum four years of experience with EPIC or other healthcare systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate and provide ongoing support for mission critical applications.
• Interact with clients independently and develop solutions to identified issues.
• Collaborate across LLUMC and LLUCH hospitals to ensure application success.
• Perform other duties as needed.
