The role involves planning, configuring, testing, debugging and maintaining Epic and related applications, building strong partnerships with leadership and IT teams, and achieving required Epic certifications within 6 months of hire. Remote work option available.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Aufgaben

• Plan, analyze, configure, test, and maintain Epic and related clinical applications.
• Build collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical users, and IT teams to drive adoption and support.
• Handle complex build/config tasks and resolve advanced issues within Epic and other systems.
• Ensure certifications are achieved within 6 months of hire and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
