Job summary

Hartford HealthCare’s ITS team seeks a Digital Transformation Analyst II to manage the full lifecycle of Epic-based projects and translate clinical needs into system configurations. You will collaborate with vendors, clinical staff, and IT leadership to scope, schedule, and deliver enhancements that improve patient experiences and operational efficiency.

The role requires strong Epic experience, healthcare IT standards familiarity, and a proven ability to build relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• Epic mobile and web application experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Epic Application support, or other web-based applications.
• Associates degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment required.

Responsibilities

• Owns full project lifecycle with scope, schedule and KPIs.
• Supports scope, schedule, and quality of project/maintenance work.
• Collaborates with team lead/manager to coordinate activities.
• Represents patient and colleague viewpoints in product decisions.
• Designs workflows and journeys to support project deliverables.
• Contributes to testing scripts and conducts unit/integrated tests.
• Documents system design/build and configuration changes.
• Engages clinical/business community to ensure needs are met.
