Job summary

The Nemours Foundation seeks a Contract Modeling Analyst to join our team. This remote role includes occasional travel and focuses on implementing and maintaining Epic’s Contract Reimbursement system for professional practices and hospitals to ensure accurate accounts receivable.

Responsibilities cover testing, proposals, pricing contracts, networks, and benefits engines to support contract negotiations and financial impact modeling within our managed care framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; or equivalent healthcare work experience.
• Epic Certifications in Billing Reimbursement required.
• 5+ years of demonstrated analytical experience in patient accounts or contract analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement and maintain Epic reimbursement contracts and pricing components.
• Support contract proposals with financial impact analyses for leadership.
• Maintain provider networks and fee schedules within the EPIC system.
• Maintain Epic’s Benefits Engine and Payor/Plan masterfiles for patient registration and benefit estimation.
• Document the purpose and details of all system changes.
