Job summary

CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Cogito Project Manager to lead analytics and reporting activities for a large-scale Epic implementation. You will partner with Cogito resources, BIDs, CBAs, and leadership to ensure timely, governance-aligned deliverables and a successful go-live.

The role covers analytics strategy, scope governance, report request triage, build oversight, testing, training readiness, and post-live optimization, with a focus on Cogito reporting within Epic environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Epic implementations, preferably Cogito analytics and reporting workflows.
• Ability to manage analytics scope, milestones, risks, and resources across multiple teams.
• Proven track record coordinating validation, go-live support, and post-live optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Cogito implementation workplan with milestones and timelines.
• Establish weekly workplans and monitor progress against milestones.
• Define reporting goals with stakeholders and facilitate an Analytics Advisory Council.
• Coordinate extract requirements, mappings, and validation activities.
• Oversee testing, validation, go-live support, and post-live optimization.
• Lead go-live command-center activities and post-live reporting adoption.
