Job summary
Boys Town National Research Hospital is hiring an IT Clinical Systems Training & Support Specialist to lead training and optimization of Epic Cadence and Grand Central. The role partners with clinical, operational, and IT teams to deliver end-user training, troubleshooting, and process improvement across scheduling and patient flow workstreams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, healthcare, education or related field or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT training or healthcare IT.
- Epic Trainer credential or plan to obtain within one month of hire.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training for new hires and go-live events.
- Maintain and update training materials and curricula.
- Use eLearning, instructor-led, or blended formats.
- coordinate training approaches based on feedback.
- Provide on-site and remote end-user support during implementations.
- Support end users in resolving issues within EHR/workflow processes.
- Maintain documentation of problems and solutions.
