The role creates training materials, delivers end-user instruction, and provides on-site and remote support to clinical and non-clinical staff during system changes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience, and Epic Trainer credentials within one month of hire. On-site work; 24/7 on-call rotation may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Epic Trainer credential or equivalent within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers new hire training and go-live training during software changes.
• Updates training materials; recommends and coordinates improvements.
• Provides on-site and remote end-user support in classroom and live settings.
