Qualifications
- California Medical License is required and must remain active.
- Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine is required.
- DEA license and BLS certification are required.
- Epic Physician Builder certification within 90 days of hire is requested.
- Ability to credential with CSV, Medicare, and contracted health plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead Epic EHR optimization and workflow design to improve patient care.
- Provide clinical leadership and engage stakeholders across teams.
- Oversee training, provider support, and Epic upgrades.
- Fulfill clinical duties as assigned within the CSV setting.
