- Under the supervision of the IS Manager, the Epic Clinical Analyst - Senior gathers and analyzes user needs for developing, designing, and modifying clinical or business applications in the healthcare environment. Responsibilities include providing complex Epic application support, documentation, and specifications.
- This role involves researching and analyzing complex results, proposing solutions or recommendations, and building, configuring, or modifying applications using existing tools. A broad knowledge of application integration and data flow is required. The position also serves as an informal leader, mentoring team members as needed.
- The salary range for this full-time position is between $83,429 and $133,245 annually (approximately $40.11 - $64.06 hourly), with individual compensation based on relevant experience. The total rewards package includes comprehensive benefits.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation. This position is fully remote.
What is required for this position:
- Upon hire, candidates must have:
- A High School Diploma with 7 years of experience in a health-related or IS-related field, or a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in a health-related or IS-related field.
- EpicCare Ambulatory Certification.
- Current healthcare-related certification, license, or registration in one of the following areas:
- Nursing
- Medical Technology
- Physical Therapy
- Radiation Therapy
- Respiratory Therapy
- Pharmacy
Certifications required:
- EpicCare Ambulatory Certification
