Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced integration specialist to drive software system integrations and support across internal teams. You will implement integration solutions, optimize workflows, and maintain comprehensive integration documentation.

Ideal candidates have Epic certification or the ability to obtain it within six months, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities and experience with HL7, API, and SQL data integration techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or related field preferred.
Epic Certification in at least one module or ability to obtain within six months.
Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and their impact on technical solutions.
Experience with EPIC and API management is preferred.
4–6 years of experience with API management and data integration tools.

Responsibilities

Facilitate seamless integration of software systems.
Implement integration solutions for software systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
Provide technical support to internal teams.
Optimize workflows for enhanced system performance.
Develop and maintain integration documentation.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of integration issues.
Coordinate activities and facilitate meetings with vendors, SMEs, developers, and end users.
Manage conversations and multiple concurrent communication needs in complex environments.
