Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks a Director to lead the strategic vision, implementation, and ongoing management of the Community Connect and Growth programs. The role serves as the executive liaison between the health system host, National Real Estate, internal IT, and affiliate practices to ensure smooth EHR implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience in relationship management, strategy and roadmap development.
• Minimum five years of relevant technical and business experience.
• Minimum three years IT leadership experience.
• Experience supervising and building relationships with people at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic roadmap for the Community Connect and Growth programs, ensuring alignment with ministry goals and Epic Gold standards.
• Develop and nurture executive relationships with affiliated hospitals and clinics, including SLAs and partner advisory boards.
• Oversee multiple projects, manage program governance, scope, timelines and budgets across all phases.
• Direct ongoing Epic workflow optimization post-implementation and drive user training and adoption.
• Lead and mentor Epic-certified analysts and project managers, managing staffing and performance.
