Job summary

ClinDCast is seeking an experienced Epic Architect focused on Clinical Decision Support (CDS) to leverage Epic data assets for advanced decision support capabilities. You will design and optimize CDS solutions, translate clinical requirements into scalable Epic architectures, and collaborate across clinical, IT, analytics, and reporting teams to drive improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience as an Epic Architect with a CDS focus.
Deep knowledge of Epic EHR architecture.
Hands-on CDS design and development experience.
Strong understanding of decision trees and decision logic.
Ability to identify and extract value from Epic data assets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design and support Epic architecture with a focus on Clinical Decision Support.
Analyze Epic data to identify underutilized data assets.
Develop and optimize clinical decision support solutions.
Design and work with decision trees and decision logic.
Collaborate with clinical, IT, analytics, and reporting teams.
Translate clinical requirements into scalable Epic solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows using Epic data and CDS.
Support reporting and analytics initiatives related to clinical decision-making.
Provide technical guidance and architectural recommendations.
