Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Lead Epic Cadence Analyst to oversee patient access implementation and lead cross-functional teams. You will provide deep Cadence expertise, plan projects, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across Epic modules.

Local candidates preferred; remote consideration possible. Requires 6+ years Epic Cadence experience, Epic Cadence Certification, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Formación

• 6+ years of Epic Cadence design, build, implementation experience.
• Referrals, Decision Tree, and/or RTE design and build experience.
• Provider Template Optimization, Visit type consolidation, Department and Provider build experience.
• Project management experience; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team: supervise work, allocate tasks, ensure deadlines and quality.
• Lead vertical customers and consensus building with end users, ops leaders, physicians, staff for implementation.
• Guide horizontal teams across EIS to resolve major issues affecting Cadence and related apps; set domain standards.
• Manage large, complex assignments; translate customer needs to deliverables with status reporting.
• Oversee analysis, implementation, and testing of Epic modules; coordinate with end users and owners.
