Qualifications

• Epic Bridges Certification (required).
• Proven experience building, configuring, and supporting Epic interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience with data conversions, ETL processes, and data mapping.
• Familiarity with interface engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Mirth, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support interfaces using Epic Bridges and associated Epic tools.
• Manage data conversions and migrations between Epic and external systems.
• Collaborate with Epic application teams, technical staff, and third-party vendors to ensure reliable and secure data exchange.
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues in production and non-production environments.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive interface documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, and workflow details.
• Participate in system upgrades, validation, and interface regression testing.
