Job summary

Vytal Health Partners (VHP), affiliated with Vytalize Health, seeks an experienced Epic Bridges Analyst to lead interface and data-conversion efforts. You will coordinate analysis, design, and issue resolution to implement and maintain integrations that align with end-user needs.

You will collaborate with interface engine developers and cross-functional teams, oversee testing and go-live activities, and support data conversions as needed; some travel and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an IT-related role or a related Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years.
• Experience with EHR systems, specifically Epic.
• Experience managing full interface development cycle preferred.
• Experience with the Mirth Interface Engine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full interface application development cycle — analysis, design, specification, implementation, go-live, and support
• Support data conversion efforts alongside interface work as needed
• Partner with application teams, subject matter experts, and third-party application experts to determine business needs, document requirements, and configure interfaces accordingly
• Diagnose and resolve interface-related issues, providing timely support and collaborating with experts as needed
• Coordinate testing, build, cutover planning, and go-live with subject matter experts, vendors, and interface engine developers
• Work with interface engine developers to build data-translation routines that meet EHR and external system data and format requirements
• Monitor live interfaces proactively and collaborate with experts to develop permanent solutions
